Susanna Syassen is a writer of narrative nonfiction exploring seasonal living, embodied experience, and the natural world. Her work brings together close observation, lived experience, and sustained attention to rhythm, place, and change.
Her current work includes The Enlightened Earth, a narrative exploration of time, technology, and transformation, and Living Wholeness, a body of writing rooted in seasonal practice and the intelligence of natural cycles.
Alongside her writing, she is the founder of Living Wholeness Yoga™, an embodied, seasonal approach to practice shaped by yoga and Ayurveda. She previously worked in data systems and analytical environments, an experience that continues to inform her interest in structure, systems, and modern life.
She is based between Scotland and the south of France.
